Why a Payment Might Be Declined

If your payment doesn't go through, here's what to check first:

  • Your card hasn't reached its limit
  • Your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
  • Your bank hasn't flagged the transaction for extra verification

If it's still not working:

  • Try a different card, or switch to PayPal or Shop Pay
  • Contact your bank to approve the transaction
  • Email us with the details and we'll help you sort it out

Checkout Issues

If you're having trouble completing checkout:

  • Try a different browser or device
  • Clear your cache and refresh the page
  • Use PayPal Express Checkout to skip manual form entry

We're also compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the security standard used across the industry to protect card data and reduce fraud. In practice, this means we never see or store your full card number — once your order is placed, we can only see the last 4 digits, along with your order and shipping details.
